This six-bedroom home is located just a few doors away from the Instituto Allende. It’s an amazing location close to a multitude of shops and restaurants. There are six bedrooms on the property, one of which is adjacent to a large guest room. These two rooms share a bathroom and are ideal for families with children or close friends/family. All bedrooms have air conditioners, which also provide heat. The home also has an elevator that accesses all levels of the house, including the rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of San Miguel de Allende.
After entering the home through a well-manicured garden, you’ll enter the main level of the house. It is well designed to include a living room, dining area, and a full kitchen with two refrigerators. One of the six bedrooms is also on this level. Off the living area is an outdoor seating and dining area which leads to a large garden. In the garden, you’ll find a private, large guest room with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath. Also in the garden is a private garden area with seating.
The additional bedrooms are on the second and third levels and have a well-gardened terrace with a seating area.
