☺The beds and linens were so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. There was something about waking up each morning with all the windows and glass doors open and seeing a wall of greenery that felt like you were in a movie. It was a beautifully appointed space, and it was in a great location. The staff was communicative, responsive, and friendly. The exterior spaces were also extremely inviting, and it truly is a space that I could stay long-term. I would refer friends and family to Jim's listings if they came to visit.

☺This place is really ideal if you are looking for a location right off the center but always from the bustle of the main center area. Keep in mind you are in a tight city so there is noise between 8am-5pm but after 5pm--it is really tranquil. Rooftop deck has amazing sunsets and several places to enjoy the views. House is super clean with high-end finishes. Feels cozy and has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend it and will be coming back again next year for sure!

☺Could not have been more pleased and impressed with this marvelous apartment in San Miguel. We've traveled there several times and without a doubt this was the most convenient, functional and beautiful.

☺The home is perfect for two couples or a small family. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the city. The furnishings are very nice and the home is well decorated. The management staff is nearby and always willing to assist with questions and recommendations. We will certainly return to San Miguel and stay in this great home.

☺Jim and his team were very responsive and the location was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a rental and they even had coffee ready for us to brew the next morning. Lucia and the team were very friendly (their offices are right below if you need anything) and they even helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport. One thing to research are the fireworks and if your stay will overlap with any celebrations as they’re very loud and close by. Thanks to Jim and his team to making our stay unforgettable!

☺Clean, two master suites, perfect for two couples. We loved the roof top deck, the only drawback is you don't really want to leave. Fully equipped kitchen. Live flowers and a bottle of wine awaited our arrival.

☺If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with a great view and fantastic customer service, this is your place. The People from Casa Agave were extremely professional, plus they even offered to arrange our transportation from the Airport to San Miguel de Allende, which was very helpful. When we arrived at the condo, they provided snacks and a bottle of wine NICE Casa Agave). They also provided booklets and tips to move around San Miguel and places to visit during our stay. The place was really clean and extremely beautiful. Great Customer service!

☺Jim helped with securing a parking space three blocks away for $425 pesos a month! Worth every cent. Went through all the reviews before selecting Casa Agave. And like most, pictures don't make it justice. But here are some extras that you will find: Wifi is over 40 Mbps. Breakfast at the sun deck are great. We received a bottle of wine and a book with directions and things to do. Also, fresh flowers in every room. If you hate waking up with the sound of church bells, birds, and crickets then this house is not for you. Gracias Jim!!!!

☺This house has everything you could need, and it is super spacious, modern, clean, and very beautiful. Their offices are right next door, so if you need absolutely anything, their front office employees are eager to help you. The terrace has the most beautiful views, and it is very large. It was the perfect spot to see the fireworks on the night of "el grito". We stayed for a week, and felt extremely safe and secure the entire time. The hospitality was lovely. They answered all of our questions and quickly responded to our emails. We 100% recommend this place, and will definitely be reserving again in the future!

☺Behind an unassuming door off the cobblestone you'll find a open area with a fountain and staircase, dripping with bougainvillea, leading up to your vacation home. The location is excellent and everything you need is within an easy walking distance, even El Mirador was an easy walking loop. The Master Bedroom was very spacious, had an adjoining private bathroom, and french doors led you out onto a patio. The Second Bedroom was also large, with french doors opening into a secluded garden area shaded by a lemon tree. Notably, the bedrooms are at opposite sides, offering absolute and total privacy. The linens were soft, the pillows were perfect downy paradise, and there were black-out curtains. Yes, I slept well. Stairs outside each bedroom take you further up to a very large and well furnished rooftop patio with seating - the footprint of the entire building with a lovely view of La Parroquia.

☺It is light and bright and the layout is perfect if you are traveling with a friend or another couple. It's not a massive apartment, but really well thought out. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the flat so there is plenty of privacy but also good common spaces for relaxing or entertaining. We stayed in the back bedroom by the garden and even though the apartment is about a block and half from La Parroquia we did not have any problems with noise. Yes, it's in the heart of the city, so you will hear some of the sounds of San Miguel, but I am a very light sleeper and had no problems. The flat is beautifully decorated. It feels new, clean and modern but still retains a very inviting warmth and charm. There's a huge roof deck, plus a really nice patio/deck off the front bedroom, and a beautiful little garden off the back bedroom complete with herbs and a fountain. You even have your own lemon tree! I mean, come on, how good can it get?? Really, I cannot overstate how lovely it was to be in this little oasis. Jim and Ipanema are awesome. They are very responsive and helpful, and check-in could not be simpler since the property.
