Casa Abejas

Casa Abejas sits in the heart of centro, just steps from Las Monjas (Templo de la Purísima Concepción, San Miguel’s iconic cloistered convent). One of the city’s older homes, it has been beautifully restored to blend historic character with modern comfort.
The four bedrooms are elegantly appointed with luxurious furnishings and linens. Two are on the lower level (one King, one Queen), and two are on the upper level (one King, and one with twins that convert to a King). All four have ensuite bathrooms. The house a heated pool, Wi-Fi, purified water, and large flat-screen TVs.
The living room and lower bedrooms open directly onto a lush garden with the swimming pool and shaded outdoor seating creating an easy, indoor-outdoor flow. Throughout the property, you’ll find inviting nooks to unwind and take in views of the surrounding church domes and rooftops.
The crown jewel is the roof terrace, with some of the best views of Las Monjas in San Miguel. It’s outfitted for yoga (mats provided), has a ping pong table, lounge seating, and a covered bar an ideal spot for sunset cocktails.
A warm, attentive staff of three cares for the home Monday through Friday and half-day Saturday: two housekeepers (one doubling as an excellent cook) and a gardener. A minimum tip of $500 MXN (about $25 USD) per room per week, paid directly to staff, is customary.

All rates shown are all-inclusive and reflect the full cost of your stay, including applicable taxes and fees.

Casa Terrazas

In the middle of Centro, steps from all the activities of San Miguel, this home is a serene and private getaway. Colonial-style home full of hand-crafted details and modern conveniences. This well-designed home has a suite on the main level and two suites on the second, all accessed via an elevator. On the lower level are an entertainment room with a projector TV, a full gym, and a bonus bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bath on this level.

Multiple well-designed terraces throughout the house, including a roof terrace with a dining area, a fire pit surrounded by seating, a sound system, and 360-degree views of San Miguel and its many churches. An elevator allows for easy access to all parts of the house excluding the gym. Features: Filtered water throughout, AC in two bedrooms, home entertainment system, sound system throughout, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, library and office, outdoor grill, and parking for one vehicle. Maid service who can also prepare breakfast. A full-time cook can be arranged for an additional fee. All rates shown are all-inclusive, reflecting the full cost of your stay, including applicable taxes and platform fees. There are no hidden charges or additional mandatory fees at booking. Gratuities for household staff are not included and may be extended directly at the guest’s discretion.

Casa Cascada is a comfortable home with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a bright living-dining room, and a patio. Perfect for guests of the main home or as a rental, as it has its own entrance. The house has an open-style living area with a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area. About 4 blocks or a 5-minute walk to the main square. The kitchen and living area are on the second level or entry, which also has the guest bedroom with a pull-out sofa. The second level is the master suite with a king bedroom, bathroom, and roof terrace with great views!

Casa de la Pintora is a luxurious two-bedroom condominium located adjacent to the Rosewood Hotel in San Miguel de Allende with full access to hotel amenities including the Spa, Fitness Center, Computer Center, heated pools, Jacuzzi, 1826 Restaurant and Tequila Bar, Luna Rooftop and Tapas Bar, and the Poolside Restaurant and Bar. However, room service is exclusive to hotel guests and not available for residents.
