2 Bedroom Home in Centro Historico, steps from the Jardin or Main Square. This home has been designed for the best vacation stays with comfort and function in mind. The light-filled two-story townhome is modern and stylish with clean lines and accents of Mexican charm. Collected over many years of travel, the house is filled with beautiful pieces of art and textiles.
The first floor boasts a modern chef’s kitchen with a large cooktop island and an open concept living and dining area. This area opens to the garden patio for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A garden sala ( outdoor living room ) with Mexican architectural details completes the open patio space. The first floor also has a large bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and smart TV.
As you come up the stairs to the second floor, you are greeted with a breathtaking view of San Miguel’s cathedral. This living room has comfortable seating areas, a desk, and a fireplace. This room has a heating/air-conditioning mini split, making it comfortable all year. The master bedroom is also on this level with an en suite and walk-in closet. This room also has a heating/air-conditioning min split unit and a large screen smart TV.
Additional Features: AC in master bedroom. High-pressure water purification system, fiber optic WiFi and telephone.
