Once home to La Purísima, a neighborhood bakery, this property carries forward a legacy of warmth and hospitality. The bakery served the community from early morning until night and was a local institution until its closure in 2019. Today, the home honors that tradition by welcoming guests to experience San Miguel’s rich history in comfort and style.
This beautifully designed home offers a blend of elegance and comfort in a prime location. The ground level features an open-concept space centered around a private heated pool. A chef’s kitchen with a central island and bar seating, along with an outdoor sala, provides the perfect setting to relax and entertain. One bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath is on the lower level near the swimming pool.
Upstairs, two spacious suites, one with two double-sized beds, a safe, and an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub. The third bedroom has a king bed and full bath with shower.
The rooftop terrace has panoramic views of San Miguel, including the Parroquia. It includes a dining area for six, a grill, and a fire pit ideal for a sunset.
Whether with family, friends, or as a couple, this home delivers a unique combination of historic charm, modern sophistication, and an excellent location. The home invites you to experience San Miguel de Allende with the warmth which helped define this special place for generations.
Additional Details:
Parking is available in a public lot just 1.5 blocks away. The property is non-smoking, does not allow events, and requires a minimum guest age of 30. The pool is maintained at 28°C (82.4°F), with the option to increase to 30°C (86°F) for an additional fee.
All rates are all-inclusive, covering applicable taxes and platform fees. Gratuities for household staff are at the guest’s discretion.
